Американская версия британского студийного альбома "...Very 'Eavy ...Very 'Umble", выпущенная в декабре 1970 года лейблом Mercury – ML-8004 называлась просто "Uriah Heep"; кроме того, список песен, включенных в американский релиз, отличался от британского издания.
Выпуск альбома совпал с началом первых зарубежных гастролей группы.
В США альбом вышел под заголовком Uriah Heep (и с «Bird of Prey» вместо «Lucy Blues»).
